The best leasing experience in my life!!! I went to Rockville Lexus based on friends referral and wow. I have never had such a relaxed car leasing experience in my life. Not only our salesman ,Leo Inglesby, help us to find the car and options we are looking for , he made the negotiation anxiety go away negotiating the awesome deal on RX350. Our local Bobby Rahal Lexus in PA could not even come close. To put the icing on the cake Rockville gave us more for our trade and made the delivery in short period of time. That is what I call service!!! Lexus of Rockville is the first place I will start my shopping from now on. Also big thank you to the finance guy James Wang. It was such a good time to go through the numbers and sign all the papers with James. He helped us a lot to pick the right maintenance and warranty plans. Their finance person quoted me an inflated apr with good credit and I was already approved for the 1.9 apr at a Toyota, half less apr at credit union and another Lexus dealership. I'm a woman and they proved the stereotype of car dealerships unethical practice on women true. I politelt left. I would never recommend this place to anyone. More
