My first great Lexus buying experience was at a Sonic dealer in Colma,California(bought new 2012 RX-350).Now this low stress great deal buying experience at Lexus of Rockville tops that. I live in New Jersey, but like any good consumer I travel for the best deal(and hope for a good buying process). This time buying my Wife's brand new 2012 IS-250 AWD was my best experience in 38 years of buying vehicles. I can't thank Doug, Chas,YK, Ali, Joanna(Operator) enough for being so professional,and most of all caring about their customers needs. They honorably represent Lexus,and the Sonic Dealers of high end vehicles. Thank you all. I received a good trade in price for my vehicle,and a great price for the new Is-250. Stand by for my next message once I receive my Plates and registration from the dealer to my house.I hope that will go smoothly. Here's hoping for a complete seamless process. More
While looking for a new vehicle my wife and I stopped at the Lexus of Rockville. After an hour of looking around and test driving a very nice ES 350 we debated for a while on what to do. As we were walking through the showroom floor, what looked like a brand new Toyota Camry caught my eye. It turned out that the Camry was used, but only had 3,000 miles on it. It was less than the Lexus and had everything we were looking for, so we bought it. As we were working through the paperwork our salesman Willy told us a little about how they ended up with a Camry in their showroom floor. Apparently the woman who bought it decided shortly after that she really wanted a Lexus instead and traded it in. We were given the key and my wife asked if there was a spare. Willy told us that there was not a second key. He told me that all I had to do was go to the Toyota dealership and buy the transponder and have them cut the key and that they would reimburse us for it - period. Simply bring the receipts back to the Lexus dealership and a check would be cut and you would be reimbursed. After going to Toyota and getting the key taken care of I stopped by the Lexus of Rockville to drop off my receipts and get reimbursed. After two weeks we had not yet received a check from Lexus. I proceeded to leave voicemails for Elias without ever getting a call back from him. After going at this for a week I was finally put through to Janet Garrison in Accounting. Janet, I could tell, sincerely wanted to help and for being in the accounting department I was taken aback by her excellent customer service. She told me she would get right on my case and help get a check in my hands. That same day she called me back to say that she couldn't find my paperwork in Elias' office and that she'd have to wait for him to come back. The next week she called me back and said that Elias had misplaced my paperwork and that they needed me to give it to them again. "We are starting over" I thought. And I knew that wasn't good. I scanned and emailed the receipts back to Janet and she promptly emailed back saying she had received them. A check should be cut soon! Then.....nothing. Here's where we saw the true side of Lexus Rockville. Our arrival was obviously anticipated and we were hurried to a private office. There Willy and Elias met with my wife and I. We were told by Willy that he only authorized us to have $100.00 of the cost reimbursed to us and that he had told us this when he sold us the car. My wife and I couldn't believe what we were hearing. Both of us would have rather gone with one key rather than spend $400.00 of our own money on another and we both would have certainly asked more questions if this were the case. Here's one: How much does the key cost? See, we didn't bother asking because we weren't paying for it. Queue Don Nickles, General Manager,: What I thought would be a kind gesture and quick apology from the finest Lexus has to offer turned out to be another episode in a nightmare Willy and Elias created for my wife and I. Don, a pompous, arrogant sort, began to tell us that they had no intention of reimbursing us for the full amount promised. We stated our cases and Don practiced his conflict resolution skills he had apparently digested from his quaint collection of Successful Management and Leadership books stacked behind him. Don's continuous use of the phrase, "This is bad business" perplexed me which may have been his intent, but I could only rebut that it certainly was, "on your part Don". He mentioned that by reimbursing us for the full amount he would be admitting that Willy lied and that he would have to fire him just before Christmas, and how Willy would have to go tell his wife and kids there wouldn't be Christmas this year. What a pitiful comment to make at the expense of your employee Mr. Nichols. Don offered to reimburse us for $250.00 of the $500.00 owed. We took the check (which was cut in about 5 minutes) and called it a win. If you decide to deal with the Lexus of Rockville despite this long, but passionately written story, please be sure to have them put EVERYTHING in writing. Willy is a good salesman, but should have admitted his mistake. Elias was, for lack of better words, worthless. And Don...well, simply put, Don is not a smart businessman. This was my husbands take on the situation. I will add that I have NEVER BEEN TREATED worse that I was by DON NICKELS. I still can't believe the way he talked to us. More

Salesman Gil Lee was very patient and very knowledgeable about each vehicle. Gil did not pressure us to buy the most expensive, instead, he allowed us to test drive each vehicle and allowed us to choose what we wanted. when it was time to buy the vehicle the whole process took only an hour and Rambod Gharib(finance manager) got us a great rate. Bottom line if you want to buy a Lexus. Go buy it from Lexus of Rockville and speak with Gil Lee. He will make sure you get a great deal on a Lexus with no baggage. More
What a great overall experience. Was helping my parents with looking for a new car because their cars were flooded from the hurricane. Wasn't too optimistic that we would be able to get the pricing we were with looking for a new car because their cars were flooded from the hurricane. Within 30 minutes, we were able to get to the monthly payment and out of pocket cost that we were comfortable with and were extremely happy. Kim and Saheed were very professional and so friendly. Anthony took care of my parents completing the rest of the paperwork. All three of them were wonderful! Not the car dealership experience that we were expecting at all. Parents picked up the car a few days later and couldn't be happier. More

I have been singing praises for Lexus of Rockville since I drove off in my new (to me) car. I have told MANY people about how AWESOME they are. There was a little problem with water leak and brake lights, however Willie and Nelson took care of the problem, post haste, and even provded a loaner car for the day. I only hope I can go back one day to get my next car. Maybe it will be a brand new one, who knows? I feel confidant my treatment will be the same. This has absolutely been THE best experience I have EVER had in buying ANY car! 50 stars! More

First class customer service from start to finish.....we went to LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE after having shopped around at at least 6 other Dealership looking for thr right car and of course the right price within went to LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE after having shopped around at at least 6 other Dealership looking for thr right car and of course the right price within our budget and I tell you the Manager Tony Ramazani & Frank didn't disappoint us like the other dealerships did by not paying enough attention to us or by being rude because of our price point and our question that we asked I guess? There was none of that with Frank and later on by Tony who came over and sat with us and explained all the benefits of having a LEXUS CERTIFIED CAR COMPARE TO A NONE CERTIFIED And he was so polite and straight forward and honest with us that my family and I liked him after everything was said and done and we purchased a certified car even though it was more than our budget,But we were happy after all and I will never buy a car from any other dealership except Tony Ramazani @ Lexus of Rockville and we are going to tell all our friends and family about them and wu I'll sent them there if they are looking for a new car and guarantee them 100% satisfaction and will make sure they ask for tony and frank. We are loving our new SUV and thanks a million to Lexus of Rockville and there great crew,they are the best.. More
