Agreed to a final out the door price after taxes, fees, and etc. with the salesman after contacting him by email. Scheduled a meeting with the salesman a couple of days later and contacted him to confirm and etc. with the salesman after contacting him by email. I drive out of state to meet him and when I get there he pulls out the paperwork and the final number has $2,400 added to it. I was angry and was told it was a math calculation which I do not believe. I got angry and left without saying a word. This is what you call the old bait and switch tactic. Get you in with an attractive price and then add the taxes, fees, and etc. More

I don't think it's possible to have a worse experience at a dealership. I came in knowing what kind of car I wanted. They kept me there for over 4 hours on my visit, despite the fact that I k experience at a dealership. I came in knowing what kind of car I wanted. They kept me there for over 4 hours on my visit, despite the fact that I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. We came upon an acceptable deal for how much the lease would be per month. I returned when my car was in stock, only to find out that they had changed the price on me, although I had put a $500 deposit down to keep the car and the deal "in good faith." Once they changed the original price, I left with my old car and had to get a lesser car since my lease was ending. These people are unprofessional, rude, impolite, not understanding of the importance of one's time, and a good example of why most people "hate" car salesmen. More

I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to cars and money. I expect the best and Mr. Gutierrez provided nothing but the best service, remained calm under pressure, and was a flat out nice guy. During the process, he was helpfull, followed-up, explained everything to me until I understood it fully, and followed-up post purchase several times. I would recommend Stan in the future. More
