Trade in Value I was disappointed in the amount they were willing to give me for the car I purchased from them a few years back. not happy with service experience I had a bubble in one of my tires. So I called Lexus of Rockville and made an appt for the next day. I even asked if they do work with TIre and Wheel I had a bubble in one of my tires. So I called Lexus of Rockville and made an appt for the next day. I even asked if they do work with TIre and Wheel protection companies and the answer positively. The next day or today, I go to the dealership's service. Service Adviser seemed not interested in working out with Tire&Wheel Protection company I purchased. He said they did not accept credit card payments. After calling the service dept. and asking if they did accept CC payments, I went back to the S.A. and asked him again. He changed his words and said that he accepts my CC but not the Auto Knight's (Tire&Wheel Protection Company). ( I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS AN ACTUAL POLICY OR HIS OWN IDEA) I did not have an option so I agree that I would pay with my CC. I asked him to call Auto Knight before changing the tire. According to Auto Knight, the dealership takes photos, the DOT# and invoice and sends these to them. Mr. Service Adviser comes to me after changing the tire if I had taken pictures of the tire. He did not help on doing any of the requisites that Auto Knight asked. Mr. Service Adviser wanted me to take all that information and communicate with them. I do not have any problems with doing that but in general, the dealership contacts them on their own because in GENERAL payment is directly from AUTO KNIGHT to the dealership. More

I have read many of the reviews for the Lexus of Rockville dealership and must say that I must live on another planet. This was my first experience buying a Lexus. My husband and I called ahead to s Rockville dealership and must say that I must live on another planet. This was my first experience buying a Lexus. My husband and I called ahead to see what was in inventory. We talked to Jesse Drost, who was very friendly and helpful,and scheduled for that day to meet. When we arrived at the dealership we noticed the vehicle we were interested in test driving sitting by the front door with a big tag with our names on it. Jesse was greeting us out front before we were even able to make it inside. He looked very professional and was amazingly helpful and kind. After sitting and talking with Jesse, we had all our questions answered. The next move was the test drive. The three of us piled into the GX and off we went. Jesse pointed out the many features and benefits included in this SUV. We fell in love the GX and really wanted to buy it but it is a big purchase. We never felt a hard sale or pressure to buy it. We did decide to buy it and have never regretted that decision. The whole experience of buying this vehicle was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience but Jesse was fantastic to work with. When we left we felt that was more like our family than our sales person. He gave us his personal cell number and will answer our questions at any time, (even on a Sunday evening). I highly recommend visiting this dealership and especially Jesse Drost for your sale. On to the service. Our service adviser is Joe Harris. Joe is a great guy to work with. We enjoy going to Lexus of Rockville for service and call it going to the country club. From the moment we drive up to the service bay til the time we leave we are always well informed of progress and treated like we gold. Joe is on top of things and always there to help and will return my phone calls in a timely manner. I would never go anywhere to else to buy a Lexus other than Lexus of Rockville and will recommend them to anyone. More
