The Best Experience I've Had in Buying Cars I shopped two other dealers prior to buying from Lexus of Rockville and they were the quickest and most professional in responding back to me. The car was ready, cleaned and sitting out front with my wife's name on it when we arrived. It was well worth the two hour drive to get there. Thank you to Bill Lum, my salesman and the entire management staff. Please keep up the great work and know that it makes a difference. I am not a man of many words but had to say something about my experience here. AWESOME! More
From Dallas To Maryland I drove my Lexus from Dallas to Maryland and a week after I arrived in Maryland my oil light and check engine light came on. To my disappointment there are no "Park Place" Lexus' in Maryland. I decided to just visit the closest Authorized Lexus dealer. I arrived at Lexus in Silver Spring MD. I pulled in to the "Service Lane" and waited. After waiting 5 minutes I locked my car and wondered inside the service area. There were 4 people crowded in the service desk area and one guy standing in the rather small lobby. No one really spoke to me or acknowledged me when I first appeared in the lobby. Finally, the one guy that was standing in the lobby (chatting with the 4 employees located behind the service desk) asked if I needed any help. This guy never really looked at me and was super tall so just kind of looked above my head while he spoke in my general direction. Definitely not very friendly....sooooooooooo opposite of Park Place Lexus Dealers!!!!!!! I told the tall guy that I needed an oil change. While he kept looking around he asked if I planned on waiting. I said that I would like to wait. The tall guy said that it would be at least 2 to 3 hours if I didn't have an appointment. Never offered a loaner car or anything else! I took back my car key and went back to my car. While in the Silver Spring Lexus service lane I googled all of the other Authorized Lexus dealerships. I found a dealer in Rockville. I called the Rockville dealership and told them what problems I was experiencing with my car and asked if I needed an appointment. The receptionist said that I didn't need an appointment and that they take people without appointments. I was surprised that no one from the Silver Spring dealership ever came out to my car to try to save me as a new customer and possibly new business. After all, I will need to have somewhere to take my Lexus and I only take my car to Lexus dealerships! Plus one day I'll trade in my old car for a new! I've done that 3 times so far! I'm looking for a New business relationship. I arrived at the Rockville Dealership in a half hour. There was a greeter there to inform me that someone would be with my shortly. The greeter stayed with me and was pleasant until one of the service advisors was available. I wasn't too happy to hear the bad news about my "check issue" light issue but I was very happy that I was helped right away and was on my way to repair! The waiting area was nice with complimentary refreshments and comfortable areas to wait while your car was being repaired. I have to be honest the overall customer service was not the friendliest at the Rockville location but they assisted me the minute I drove up! I hope someone from Texas reads my feedback! Texas Lexus dealership truly spoil their customers..................HANDS DOWN!!! The next time I have a problem with my Lexus I might try the DC Lexus dealership...at this point it's a crap shoot :-| Good Luck!!! More

Moreover, either he failed to read what I wrote or was not given it and his communication to me was not responsive. I wrote him and pasted my original communication and asked him to address my questions. Again, he did not respond but simply, two days later, wrote again and asked me to come and visit him. I have not need for dealers who treat me that way. More

Ripped Me OFF..Car blew up after less than 200 miles BUYER BEWARE. CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE AFTER LESS THAN 200 MILES..WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. On April 30, 2016, I purchased a used 2010 Lexus ES 350 from BUYER BEWARE. CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE AFTER LESS THAN 200 MILES..WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. On April 30, 2016, I purchased a used 2010 Lexus ES 350 from this dealer as a Mother's Day gift for my mom and five days after my purchase and only my second time driving the car, it caught on fire. I drove the car 2 times for less then 150 miles before it caught fire and nearly killed me. After purchasing the car my salesman Neville Gooden and the General Manager Mustafa told me to call them if I had any issues and they would assist me. This was all BS. 5 days after purchasing this car and on my 2nd time driving the car it began to make a weird grinding noise and the transmission went out. As I pulled to the side the car caught a fire. I called Lexus of Rockville to see if they would cover any loss my insurance didn't cover and they told me that the car passed a stringent Maryland State inspection and they should have caught any mechanical issue, but they said that I had to eat the loss. These people are not good business people. Their word means nothing. After a closer inspection of the car that they claimed did not have any mechanical or body work issues, I discovered tape over a hose on the car, and a mechanic told me this car that they claimed had a clean carfax definitely had work done to the front fender. These people are pure frauds....Do business with these people at your own peril. They will sound nice and tell you that they will take care of you, but their promises is total lip service. I was told that Peter Bearsch would call me to handle my complaints when I left a negative review on google but no one called me. These people sold me a car they knew was defective and could care less that I am out of $14k after driving a car less than 200 miles and that exploded on me the 2nd time I drove it. They told me they would stand by their car and to call with any issues and that was all a lie. BEWARE More
Great Service I was in the market to replace my car. I started with BMW dealership in Rockville and was on my way to the Acura dealership in Gaithersburg to test d I was in the market to replace my car. On my way to Acura dealership, I passed by Lexus of Rockville (LoR) and thought, "GS might be a good option to check out as well." So I swung by LoR and test drove the 2015 GS 350 AWD. I was impressed by the vehicle and the way the Sales Person Gill Lee demoed me the vehicle. After test driving, they priced the 2015 GS 350, which was pretty good to refuse. But sadly, all of the 2015 they had were black interior, and I am not a big fan of black interior because, to me, it feels cramped. So I walked away to test drive the Acura. A week later, Gill texted me and informed me that he still had a couple of 2015 GS available if I was interested. I replied to him respectfully that I am not interested in the black interior, and he understood. The next day, just for the heck of it, I started browsing LoR's website for 2016 GS 350 AWD. Came across one that I liked, so I texted Gill asking about that particular color combo and its price. His response "Come on by and we will make your time worth." They sure did... As compared to the other Lexus dealers in the area, they gave me a good OTD price on the GS and also a fair trade-in on my vehicle. The purchase process could have been a bit quicker though, but I still wont complain. It took about 4 - 4.5 hours to get the whole process done, but I think thats the norm. All in all, I think my experience was pretty darn good. The vehicle itself is amazing, and the dealer experience was also top notch. Between the BMW, Acura and Lexus dealerships that I visited, I felt like the BMW and Lexus dealership were on par in customer service. I will not hesitate going back for my future vehicle purchase. (Family) My husband always relies on me for the negotiation process that we all despiseI really wasn't going to buy a car this particular day , I just wanted to see what was on the lot, look at prices, mileage etc. Well I came home with a new to me certified 2014 Lexus RX350 with 15,575miles. I traded in my 2012 RX wih 37,600 miles., my car had had a few boo boos over the last few years and this car seemed like the right car at the right time. It's my husband that needs a new car he's driving a 2007 automobile and loves it. After some negotiating with the sales manager on my trade price we came up with the number that I was satisfied with. The sales associate, Leo Inglesby, was knowledgeable of them all and patient with my wife and me as we asked Lexus RX350 has many high tech options. The sales associate, Leo Inglesby, was knowledgeable of them all and patient with my wife and me as we asked many questions about the function and benefits of each. It also took time, of course, to choose the exterior and interior color combinations exactly to our liking. Leo took his time with us, even though it was a busy Saturday and he had no idea whether we would buy or not. I thought we obtained a very fair deal on the car and our trade-in. I had researched both on the internet. When we took delivery. we received a thorough explanation of how everything worked which was especially pleasing to my wife who fell in love with the vehicle. When I initially went to the dealership, I was skeptical that I would buy anything, but, Leo won me over soon after my interactions with him began. By the way There never was any pressure to buy. More
