Immediately being greeted by a service consultant (I worked with Henry - he's top notch!) to quickly discuss what's needed and then pointed to the comfortable lounge area to relax and catch a whiff of some freshly baked cookies. After a reasonable amount of time goes by, Henry came by to discuss everything the service tech found and recommended. He made sure to describe everything to me so that I could make an informed decision. Another short wait, couple more cookies, and the car is all set. I highly recommend Lexus of Rockville! More

Stay away horrible expiernce with Managers ALL OUT OF STATE buyers stay AWAY not worth it. I bought my lexus gs460 from them and it was worse expiernce of all. Thru out the sales part they are ALL OUT OF STATE buyers stay AWAY not worth it. I bought my lexus gs460 from them and it was worse expiernce of all. Thru out the sales part they are gonna treat you with excellent service. Once the deal is done good luck. Cuz that's when there true identity comes out. I bought the lexus and less than 3 months I randomly decided to check my carfax and a accident show up. That's not all my car had so many issues. Once I called them they offered me a small reimbursement. But with that they wanted me to sign a document which said I can leave them bad reviews. lol I did not sign that!!! I fought with them to buy my car back and I lost 6,000 dollars and guess what? They turned around and sold my car for more money! These people here don't care they will lie to sell you a car. I wasn't even told my car was a smokers car before purchase I bought it sign unseen. I had to contact vickey at there main location in North Carolina. Only way to actually get something done is contact the main owners which are Jeff smith bruton smith or Jeff dyke. You have to get a hold of someone top in the company! I haven't gone deep in it yet but I will. I am going to aware all buyers on all websites so everyone knows. I wish can show my proof by emails and text exchanges. I would stay away from the use department . I'm sure new cars are just fine. By the way there gm peter doesn't know How to take care of his customers. The last ccouple of times I went, I did not have an appointment, but they took me anyway. The customer waiting area is fairly comfortable with the combination of chairs and tables on which you can work. The bathrooms are clean. The continental breakfast in the morning and cookies in the afternoon are appreciated. Only reason for not giving five stars is that they are more expensive than the independent Lexus-certified mechanic just down the road.The main reason I go to Rockville Lexus for service is because of their convenient hours. The other mechanic I go to does not have weekend or evening hours. More

Sales guy was amazing, finance lady was beyond rude I brought my in-laws here this morning to purchase a pre-owned RX350. Mike Farzam was easy to work with and seemed very genuine. Can't say enough good I brought my in-laws here this morning to purchase a pre-owned RX350. Mike Farzam was easy to work with and seemed very genuine. Can't say enough good things about him, he gets a 5. After working out a deal, we were sent to Amal Adnan in Finance. This is where our problem started and she gets a 1. My father-in-law asked a question about the charge for temp tags. I didn't hear her answer so I asked again, "what's the charge for again". Her response in a loud, sarcastic tone was "I've already answered this question, it's for the temp tags!" When you're dealing with customers buying a coffee, no less a $34k car, you don't need to be rude and sarcastic. I could have asked that question 10 times and she should have been patient and responded nicely. I won't allow someone to talk to me like that so I told her she was being rude and I could tell by her tone. She tried to play innocent and deny it. She was patronizing me like I'm an idiot. I asked her why she was being a smartass. She got up, came up to me and started yelling like a madman, asking me who I was. Well, I'm the customer who pays your salary. That's who I am. I left the office and returned to my car so my in-laws could complete the deal. If it were any other place, I would not have kept my cool like that. Perhaps the dealership should teach their associates to be patient with customers, even it means answering the same question over and over. She definitely needs to learn customer service and may benefit from a class in anger management. Based on this interaction, I definitely would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. More
