Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, they gave me the runaround and never returned my calls. Even when the Lexus dealership in Alexandria, VA attempted to intervene on my behalf, Lexus of Rockville continued to ignore the issue. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. YK was super attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He made this car buying experience effortless for my husband and I. He found us the color of RX that we wanted with the equipment that we desired. While we waited to sign papers, he made sure that we were comfortable. Even more importantly, he memorialized the purchase of the RX with the pictures of himself, me and that famous red Lexus bow on the car. This was very special because this car was not only a Christmas present but also my birthday present. A couple of days after the purchase he called to check to see how things were going with the car.
