I recently visited the Ourisman Lexus service department. Initially, I went to the dealership without an appointment. The purpose of my visit was to evaluate potential damage to the front end of my Lexus. Initially, I went to the dealership without an appointment. Since i was informed it would be a 2-hour wait to look at my car, I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Scheduling an appointment was easy. My interactions with the service representatives on both occasions was positive. However, I worked with Omar the second time I visited. Omar ensured that my vehicle was evaluated in a timely manner. After the car was evaluated, he informed me that there was no damage to my car.
