I started working with a middle eastern man in finance who was also very helpful and knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me. But when i came back to finalize everything he wasn’t there. And i was being passed on to a finance lady named Rosanne. Her attitude made my husband and me feel so uncomfortable. As if she felt bothered that she had to finish this deal with us. Even the way she typed in the keyboard she literally was punching in the keyboard with such aggression she seems so annoyed. Even the way she would talk to our sales person Pei Pei, she would be very catty and with quite an annoyed tone. I honestly just wanted to get out of there and have my car handed over to me because she made use feel uncomfortable. Overall I had a great experience until the financing part. That brought down the luxury Lexus feeling. More
