Anthony Gantt was wonderful to work with and as a new salesperson he did just fine! He tried to bring the vehicle to my home in Arlington, very nice touch from the dealership. With some of the follow-up work I needed done with the vehicle he was terrific in lending help, but could not always follow-through often based on information being shared from supervisors! Anything Anthony is able to do, he does just fine! (4 stars for Anthony!) Some of the other dealership staff do not return phone calls too quickly and it takes time to get service scheduled for work on the vehicle or to get the tags in hand (arrived very final day before temp. tags were to expire). Seems staff may be overworked. :-( 2 stars for dealership currently... will see how things improve over the years! Love the new USED car and look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership. More

My experience with Max was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly about my trade in and new Escape. The trade in price and the new Escape price were fair and reasonable. Bobby Jennings has always treated me honestly and fairly. I will not take my Lincoln MKX to anyone or trust their opinion the way I do his. I filed a USAA auto quote and request. Cris Moses almost immediately reached out to me via email and offered his services. I have always drove a chevy truck so moving to a Ford was a huge transformation for immediately reached out to me via email and offered his services. His professionalism was such that he did not need to become condenscending about a competing dealership to make his Ford vehicle look better, but rather used comparisons to prove the F-150's worth and value over otrher siimilar makes and models. The salesperson, Mr. Greg Clark, was extremely responsive to my first visit to your car sales lot albeit I had no interest in purchasing a vehicle at the time. He met with me within seconds of upon my visit to my first visit to your car sales lot albeit I had no interest in purchasing a vehicle at the time. He met with me within seconds of upon my visit to your new car lot. He was patient with me in terms of explaining the “pluses and minuses” of each vehicle. And he showed me several vehicles on the day of my visit. He discussed the pros and cons of purchasing a vehicle versus acquiring a lease. He voluntarily arranged and kept various appointment s with me to enable my spouse to join me in considering the proposed purchase. The salesperson explained in detail to us the steps we would have to take in order to accomplish the purchase. The salesperson, at all times, was mild mannered and courteous towards us. Moreover, he was frank with us in assessing the current trade-in value of our existing vehicle. Mr. Clark’s customer service skills were tremendous. We feel you are very fortunate to have him as a part of your organization. More

This is not a place to go if you are in need of "second chances" for your credit. Finding a vehicle online was no problem and the dealership I found seemed to be a good one. I had no problem with them contacting me once I submitted my information. Mike Powers was the first to reply, then Nick Clark. They were fine, their responses were good and I decided to take a trip to the car dealership to see what I could do. When I arrived I was greated by Maxx Manu, who new my name and my reason for coming. That was good. He was quite friendly and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. I explained my credit history situation with him in detail, and he said, "not a problem, we will work with you." That was not true. It was a Sunday when I went there and of course they were unable to find financing on that day. So, Nick Clark came by and introduced himself to me and stated they were still working on my financing. Later, Maxx came back out and said because it was a Sunday evening it was taking longer than usual. Later than that, the woman from the finance section came out and indicated that they would have to continue to find financing the next day because most of the banks were closed and they were unsuccessful. Ok, I got that. But what followed was the kicker. I called Maxx the next day to check the status and the run around began. He would never call me, I had to call him. When I reached him he said, I will check and call you back in 15-20 minutes. Finally, he said, if I could pay off the car I had co-signed for, they had a company that would finance me. I paid the truck off on Friday evening. I called Maxx Saturday morning and told him. He asked if I had the letter showing that the truck was paid off. I told him I could fax him what they had sent to me. He said that would be fine. Did he call me to follow-up, NO. I had to call him. He wouldn't even answer his phone. So, I wrote an email indicating my disappointment and disgust. Guess what, Maxx called. He said, "I don't have my cellphone, I gave it to my wife who left to go to Africa so if you need to reach me, call the main number." What a kicker. I truly didn't believe him at that point. So, again, I asked what the status of my application was. He of course said, "I'll call you in 10-15 minutes." That's the story of his life. Needless to say, he asked if I had $3,700 to put down - WOW... I just paid off a car, of course I didn't have that kind of money sitting around. Poor business practice. Even if you're not going to sell someone a car based on their credit history - JUST TELL THEM. You don't have to beat around the bush, not answer your phone and brush people off. Be honest and up front. Do it with integrity. He could have just said, "unfornately we are not able to find a finance company for you at this time." I could have appreciate that and accepted it too. What he put me through was unacceptable and not necessary. I plan to never go to another Ourisman dealership. Always seem to get poor service. My only complaint is really with Maxx and how he handled my entire experience. It just wasn't fair. More
