Dishonest experience My wife brought our 2013 Toyota Highlander to Ourisman on 9 December 2016 for routine service when the service department subsequently took advantage My wife brought our 2013 Toyota Highlander to Ourisman on 9 December 2016 for routine service when the service department subsequently took advantage of her by fraudulently charging for a wheel alignment, mass air flow sensor service, REG/HAZMAT/STD DISPOSAL FEEs charges, and a brake fluid service. When my wife picked up our car, she noticed the charges were significantly more than her service advisor described via a phone call. He described how our car required a wheel alignment due to feathering on our tires and went into detail with a hand drawn picture describing this issue; however, our tires were recently replaced and have so few miles they in no way demonstrate any wear pattern indicating the need for a wheel alignment. Subsequently, the tech realized this service was not required nor performed by the service department and called to offer a refund. Additionally, the service department charged us for a mass air flow sensor service; a charge described as that required to clean a corroded battery post. The advisor detailed how the service department would remove the cable, clean the post, and spray a protective solution on the post to prevent future corrosion. Although a technician removed the surface corrosion, the technician did not complete the service in the manner detailed. The cable was not removed, shows no tool marks on the nut or bolt of removal, the post was not cleaned, and there was most certainly no protective spray applied on the posts. When questioned about the $64.96 charge, the advisor said the charge should have been $53 and he would refund the difference. Further, the service department charged Samantha $64.80 for REG/HAZMAT/STD DISPOSAL FEEs although they did not advise her of these charges beforehand. Finally, the service department charged us for a brake system service. I personally find it difficult to imagine that a car three years old, and with only 44,860 miles, would require a full brake system service. I will not recommend this dealership after a most dishonest and frustrating experience. More

I never thought I would feel this helpless and neglected by buying a car from such well-known company. Even Dollar store has a better service recovery than Toyota. So I bought my car in Jun 2016. So it has hardly been 2 months and my car doesn't have much mileage on it either. I have safe driving history too. I was driving New Hampshire Road Rout 3 suddenly my front wheel passenger side wheel blast, my car went to other side of road. I was about killed; I got scared and nearly missed hitting a car on other side. After pulling safe side I called to Ourisman Toyota Fairfax they didn’t picked my call then immediately I call to Toyota customer service they tell me that the roadside assistance and talk with dealer (ourisman) and About tire replacement she just took a note of my problem and said that and she is saying that I have to show that tire to nearest dealer what does that mean am I lying? I was almost killed. She transfer my call to Ourisman Toyota Fairfax and I talk with a guy even he dint try to listen he hang up the phone (check from call recording) again called to same dealer they weren't not listening After few days Toyota call me and and ask me to tell brief about incident i told same thing and he ask me did you bought extra warranty i said no then we arent responsible for anything that tire is not our!! we dont entertain this complain its happen because of Michelin toyota do not have any kind relationship with this company.
