We decided to research for a baby-safe vehicle and found a 2010 Ford Escape at Ourisman, so we decided to make the drive and check it out. Our Sales Associate was Reshi(?). He was very helpful and friendly. He did his best to answer any and all of our questions, and if he didn't know he would ask someone who did. Once we decided on getting the vehicle, Jeff talked to us about warranties and prices. He was also able to get us a better interest rate than our pre-approval had given us, which we were so thankful for! Overall the staff was wonderful in every way and very helpful. We are so very excited about our new (used), baby-safe vehicle! We definitely recommend Ourisman Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
