What I was concerned about when I first got there was that Service was going to find other things wrong with the car that possibly weren't real problems, and second, in the process of repairing the bag, other things would have been damaged. Well, I was wrong on both accounts; When I dropped off the car, I was asked it there was anything wrong with the car. I said no and that was the end of it -no further "pressure". Secondly, car was returned clean, and everything worked fine - NTF. But, the real surprise was the courteousness of all the personnel and, the great waiting room. Oh, and I was told that the wait time would be 2 hours - got the car back in 1 1/2. And there was no additional charges - that's why the price stars are blank What else can I say. More
