Buying a Prius The service was super professional. The only thing I can say is that "you get a crappy deal when you trade in your automobile. That's for sure." Easy and stressfree I am giving this rating because of Carroll Hyman -- he was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. I was suppose to drop off my car, pick up a rental I am giving this rating because of Carroll Hyman -- he was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. I was suppose to drop off my car, pick up a rental and then return the next day. However, that was going t be very difficult for me. I asked if I could wait, and he allowed me to do this. Slipped me in and promptly took care of my issues. He went over and above to provide a great experience, by helping me learn how my lights worked, and even searched for a phone charger so that I could charge my phone in order to work while in your waiting room. He offered me a car wash too! That was a bonus. I was even given his cellphone number if I needed further assistance and explained to me how my free service and extended warranty worked. Great personality! It was a pleasure getting my car serviced -- he rocks!! :-) More

I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. But I will make one comment regarding price. I think they are a little high on their charges. . More
