Always Great Service and Attitude I have been going to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota for over 20 years and continue to visit Ourisman for all our services and infrequent repairs. Their staf I have been going to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota for over 20 years and continue to visit Ourisman for all our services and infrequent repairs. Their staff is courteous, polite, exceptionally well trained and attends to business in a courteous yet efficient manner. Over the years I have used many Service Techs including Sean Pieper, Maurice Allen, Brian Pettaway, Samuel Awuku-Larbi, Nicholas Agrella to name a few. All know their business and get me into and out of the shops in a very reasonable period of time while also explaining the work that has to be done in easily understood everyday English. Their shop teams are up to speed on current practices, and have the training and experience to do the job right the first time. Trevor Foltz, who has been with Ourisman Toyota for over 20 years is an excellent example of a Service Inspector and Maintainer who knows his job and the business, and shares his wisdom. If I have a special request, MIchael Neumann or Jim Evans is always around to explain the procedure or point me in the right direction. The Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Team is the primary reason we stay with Toyota vehicles and Ourisman. Well done from a first rate team. More
