When I got there I went to the greater and she sent me over to one of the service people and I said I'm here to get my car inspected and gave them the order slip for an inspection and the when I got there I went to the greater and she sent me over to one of the service people and I said I'm here to get my car inspected and gave them the order slip for an inspection and the Service rep said "how do you know he's here the inspector "". I was immediately taken back by his attitude and I said well I called up I spoke to the service person and they said he was here till five. He snaps back who told you what was the name so so confrontational !!! If that's any sign of your service department attitude towards customers WOW! More
