These are the bottom xxxx of xxxx We went ot purchase a used Honda at there dealership. Agreed on price but once we said we were going to go through our credit union, that is how they We went ot purchase a used Honda at there dealership. Agreed on price but once we said we were going to go through our credit union, that is how they screwed our credit. They gave us a rate with ally that was about 3 times what we could get at the credit union. The finace mng said it was aleady done just need out signature. We said we would goto the credit union in the morning. Although we could tell he was not in favor of that we left. The following morning we went to the credit union and waited until late that eving and went back by our local branch. The underwrite turned down the loan because we had multiple inquiries. The Dealership finace manger sent inquiries to many many finace compaines and banks after we left the dealership. From our credit report ally was the only inquiry on the date we were at the dealership. But by the time we went to credit union they had blown out out credit with so many inquiries we had no choice but to take the higher rate through the dealership so they could make the extra money on the back end of finacing by selling the note to the lender that had already accepted the loan the day before. The manager at the credit union called the underwriter and inquired. They said tradisionally a few inquiries would not have been an issue. But that the amount that came in on our report was unacceptable for them to give the loan. BEWARE OF THESE xxxx SUCKERS! My rating has recovered over the months but is still way down from where it was before we went to this dealership. There position is if they do not sell you a vehicle, you will not be able to get finaced anywhere for many months if not over a year. This is the worst type of dealership that goes by the motto you buy from us our you will buy from no one. More

Terrible service center Brand new Toyota 2020 and 6 months later with just 3500 miles on, AC stopped working. Customer service at the service center was non-existent. specifi Brand new Toyota 2020 and 6 months later with just 3500 miles on, AC stopped working. Customer service at the service center was non-existent. specifically Jose, the assistant service manager was rude and could not be bothered to assist or explain the issue. Insisted the car is fine got in it the AC is still blowing warm air, took it back and they kept it overnight turns out some issue with the sensor. when I went to pick it up Jose was not interested in helping or explaining what happened, kept rudely typing and doing whatever else instead of helping me understand what the issue was. When I said I want to check the car before taking it back he said I wouldn't have called you to say the car is fixed if it wasn't when that's exactly what he had done the day before. Sent an email to the GM 10 day ago no response. Thoroughly disappointed. They also left a black scuff mark on the passenger seat, just lovely. Will be selling the car and never returning to Toyota. More

Great service and Easy buying experience I've been using the service department of this dealership for several years now. Even when I bought a used KIA, I returned to Chantilly Toyota after I've been using the service department of this dealership for several years now. Even when I bought a used KIA, I returned to Chantilly Toyota after only 2 visits to KIA because their service department did not work with me like James Rudbeck does. Over the years I mentioned that one day I wanted to purchase a new Toyota. James and I discussed models and he offered his opinion on what features I should get based on his experience in the service department. Last week I decided to buy a new Toyota and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Denise Myers. I liked her no nonsense style. I told her what features I wanted in a vehicle, including what I needed and what I wanted (there is a difference!). We were able to come to come up with a deal that I felt was fair. The process of buying car has taken me months in the past. However, this time it took less than a week with Denise listening to me and showing me exactly what would fit for me. I am very happy with the new car. I'm just waiting for the leather seats to arrive and I feel the car will be perfect. More

They met the challenge I would characterize my husband and I as challenging buyers. We are very hesitant to spend money, especially as much as we did, on what we considered I would characterize my husband and I as challenging buyers. We are very hesitant to spend money, especially as much as we did, on what we considered an optional purchase since my vehicle worked just fine. Denise took it all in stride and even though we had to come back three times before making the purchase, as well as answering a million questions, and bringing a vehicle that matched what we wanted from another dealership. She was very matter of fact and not pushy at all. She helped us feel completely comfortable we were making the right decision without us feeling like we were being sold.
