Called to make oil change appt and was told it was free when done charged me $115 and tried to upsell me to more services when I was clearly not happy about my experience and didn’t offer to reduce the cha when done charged me $115 and tried to upsell me to more services when I was clearly not happy about my experience and didn’t offer to reduce the charge or anything to compensate for being lied to- they even confirmed with person who I set the appt with she told me it was free- spent $20 in gas and an hour drive both ways - will never go there again More
