Clean dealership excellent communication skills by the service managers that I observed talking to other customers while I was there and myself. I drove 135 miles each way to this dealership because I was service managers that I observed talking to other customers while I was there and myself. I drove 135 miles each way to this dealership because I was not happy with the other dealerships closer to my house and it was worth the trip even though it took me two and a half hours to get there and drive another two and a half back home. I bought my 2024 Cadillac XT4 to Otto 5 times so far and each time gets worse. I have to show TSB's to Otto. My last trip was for 2 hour software update which i was not told how long it would take. I showed the service writer a picture of my dash , infotainment screen was a solid blue but what upset me the speedometer was blank as I was driving the thruway. It did correct itself after I was able to pull off and turned the car off and on. There was no concern from Otto. I am a long time GM customer and expect better. More
