Donald, I had a chance to look at your invoice. You were not charged for diagnostics. I also saw that you wanted to get a radiator flush but it is unclear if you wanted that service done at no charge, which is what our service advisor was referring to and could not accommodate. I think there was a miscommunication on our part and I apologize for that. If you would like to schedule that radiator flush please let us know and we can gladly schedule that service for you no problem. We have our service advisors go over the cost breakdown with each customer before electing to receive service and again when the customer checks out.
