Thank you for your feedback. We take your concerns seriously, but we must clarify a few points. First, regarding the inspection – New York State law requires that all brake lights be fully functional, including the tail light assembly. During the inspection, we found that three high mount LEDs were out. Even though some LEDs were still working, any non-functioning LEDs in the assembly mean the vehicle cannot pass inspection. This is a matter of state compliance, and the other service center should not have passed the vehicle under these conditions. As for the other services, we aim to provide clear, fair pricing. We understand that the cost of repairs and services can sometimes be frustrating, but we are committed to transparency and quality. We did attempt to resolve this directly with you, but unfortunately, we were unable to come to an agreement. We always strive to provide excellent service and clear communication.
