The usual fine service I have been to Otto at least five times over the last two and a half years and the service department has always been courteous and efficient. Waiting I have been to Otto at least five times over the last two and a half years and the service department has always been courteous and efficient. Waiting area is comfortable and neat and the vehicles are fun to ogle. I haven’t returned again because of an incomplete or botched repair. Says a lot about the Otto dealership! More
