They are very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to showing me options on my car that I had no idea how to operate even though I read the book and try different things. Will never do business with Otto again, ever since having my car serviced there it runs strange & idles high.. when i called to report it, was told my car has 100k miles, what do i expect? Was told if i retu my car serviced there it runs strange & idles high.. when i called to report it, was told my car has 100k miles, what do i expect? Was told if i returned to have it looked at again and it had nothing to do with the service i had just received by them, that i would be charged a minimum of $179 just to have it looked at again. RUN! More
