The service staff will over charge and find excuses to charge for unnecessary services. Fully take advantage that I am a young woman who is not familiar with car service knowledge. Bill is my service technician at Otto’s. He is friendly and very professional. Although I expected to spend a few hours having the recall issue taken care of, Bill had it completed in less t He is friendly and very professional.
