Bill is my service technician at Otto’s. He is friendly and very professional. Although I expected to spend a few hours having the recall issue taken care of, Bill had it completed in less than an hour. He also had the car washed and vacuumed after the service. I’ve purchased cars from Otto’s for many years and Bill has been my service tech. He is the best!!! More
