Ian kept us informed of any vehicles coming in th We recently purchased our fourth cadillac from Otto dealing with Ian Mahar for our latest purchase. Ian kept us informed of any vehicles coming in that met our criteria. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He went over the operation of the vehicle and all of the newest technology. After arriving home with the vehicle we noticed a couple of problems with it that we had not seen when we picked it up. Ian took us in the very next day and had all of the deficiencies corrected quickly. We also dealt with Sandy for the financing and she went above and beyond to get us the payment amount we were looking for. Also, we once again dealt with Bill McLean through Ian regarding the above mentioned problem and as always he was very courteous and professional. All of the staff we dealt with including the receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Bill and Janet More

Bill Mclean NEEDS TO BE FIRED OTTO and Service Manager Bill M. disgusting, GM allowed them to get away with it. GO somewhere else. BILL needs termination!! NOW. After going to OTTO for my 1998 Eldorado service needs for about 3 years, they hired a new Service Manager. Bill Mclean, he overcharged me "13" oil filters on 1 oil change, I caught the simple mistake a few months later when reviewing my service records. No big deal a simple mistake, I emailed the manger and he said Oh yeah we will take care of it. On my next service visit "Mr Mclean" begins a campaign of retailiation which includes rudeness and over charging. I needed to replace my Northstar engine due to Headgasket. Bill Mclean did everything he could to retaliate during that service and I filed complaints in writing, showing invoices and dates and times of previous retaliation for the 13 oil filter Bill Blunder. But yet Bill still stuck it to me until I finally took my Eldorado Elsewhere forever !! I recently contacted GM but they also faulted in their process and stated "Otto is under new Management" I should contact them. They were contacted fully enough already, Why is BILL STILL EMPLOYED!! Now as of a couple weeks after contacting GM in May or June 2015, OTTO has added 5 ***** star reviews from customers. Verified Customers. Let me put in my review of this Shameless place. I'm a verified customer, it will be a 1 Star. Originally OTTO was impressive, service and people wise... THEN they hired the BILL MCLEAN jerk. OTTO if you read this... march down there and FIRE THIS IDIOT while you still can. Because I'm not done yet. Others on this site and other sites complain about the Idiot too. Poor customer service / Rude Service manager I made the mistake of bringing my 2008 Saturn Astra to Otto Cadillac. The service manager: Mr McLean is an extremely rude person. Otto is a designated I made the mistake of bringing my 2008 Saturn Astra to Otto Cadillac. The service manager: Mr McLean is an extremely rude person. Otto is a designated Saturn repair shop. Otto couldn't fix my trailer light harness on my car (for my small lawn tractor trailer) but I was still charged $350.00. Mr McLean then made all kinds of excuses as to why it wasn't fixed from : "it worked when you picked up the car" a few days earlier to we don't have the wiring diagram (Ron the technician gave it to me) and it is an aftermarket product (of course it is). Ron the technician was helpful and explained the Saturn Astra has an oddball wiring set-up with the tail lights and that Saturn doesn't really have much support for trailer wiring. Understood but there are no excuses for rude service managers. I asked to speak with a manger and was told none were available that day. Saturn owners be aware and use caution - my advice go someplace else! More
Not reccommended After convincing my wife not to buy from an out of State dealer, I am regretting it now. After paying a higher price because they are not on the I-95 pricing structure, we went to pick the car up. When my wife questioned the pricing it became an arguement and was told he woulld be happy to put the plates back on our original SRX. He then went on to tell my wife that if she was to have purchased her car from an out of state dealer, that Otto would be required to service it, but if she needed a loaner car she would be on the bottom of the list. There were other issues as well, but the one that bothers me the most is the owner; Chris Otto. My wife had a lengthy conversation with him and I believe he was concerned to what he was hearing and promised to look into it and would get back to her. I hope Chris is OK because he never followed up. UNEXUSABLE. More
