I was reading through the last review and was really surprised to hear that someone said that they weren't happy with their customer service. I will be returning and have my service done there to get free tires which is awesome! More

I recently purchased a car at Orem Mazda. Although I love my car, I will never purchase a car at Orem Mazda again and I am telling others to take their business elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and lack of integrity. On their website they state, "Customer satisfaction is our number one priority." Not my experience at all. They were willing to lose any future business on something as small as a passenger floor mat and a key. After I purchased the car, I was told that the passenger floor mat (which was missing when I purchased the car) and a second key were on order, but after almost two months and several calls and messages later, the manager replied that none of this was true because it wasn't "in the paperwork," so I was out of luck. Just make sure "customer satisfaction" is "in the paperwork" and you will be okay...maybe. More

What an awesome experience! My salesman was Corbin Scott, and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, but never applied any pressure. I told Corbin how important it was for me to get in and get ou and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, but never applied any pressure. I told Corbin how important it was for me to get in and get out quickly, and it took me less than 1 hour to completely purchase and pick up my new Mazda. The price was fair, and once we reached a deal, the price and terms of the deal never changed! Without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Well done Corbin and Orem Mazda!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! Just as all other car dealerships out there, they are only interested in making a sale AT YOUR EXPENSE! We had a Mazda 3 that was standard transmission, we wanted to trade for an automatic inst they are only interested in making a sale AT YOUR EXPENSE! We had a Mazda 3 that was standard transmission, we wanted to trade for an automatic instead. We were told "no problems, we can SWAP straight across, car for car" So we went to the dealership where we had originally bought the car, cancelled our service agreement (On instructions from Mazda of Orem) and when we went to do the "swap" there was no car to swap with. In the end they wanted us to trade our fully loaded Mazda 3 with low mileage for a shell of an automatic, with no options and a price tag of over $100 more per month! My advice for anyone going to search for a car, avoid this place, you are just a number to them. And where ever you go, GET IT IN WRITING!! so these weasels can't back pedal out of an agreement! I love this dealer! They are super nice and very knowledgeable. I did end up buying a Mazda 3 from Jesse and am really happy with my decision. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE! DON'T WALK, RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE! My sister bought her new car there, and to start off, they charged her $1000 more than the negotiated price. To compensate for the "misunderstanding" they offered "free oil for life", but on her paper it says oil changes, so when she goes to get it, they say it costs $40 to change the oil. $40 for an oil change is nothing free at all. To top it off most everyone is rude and disrespectful. I know car sales can be tough, but this is the worst of the worst from what I've experienced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
