This is the second car in about a month that I have purchased with them. I got one for my son and decided that I need one as well :). My Wife and I went into the dealer to inquire about a few used cars that they had on their lot. We were immediately up-sold to cars out of our price range, and whenever I mentioned our price range it was di used cars that they had on their lot. The salesman tried to use the "what do you need your monthly payments at" line, and only increased the term and interest rate on the "quotes" he gave us to get the payments down. Almost the entire staff was sitting in the managers office while the salesman we were working with ran back and forth getting "quotes" to help us on our price range. We felt like the staff was pressuring us more than we've ever been pressured at a dealership. Bottom line: If you have a price range and a certain car you want, don't bother going in here as they don't seem to care. I love Mazda vehicles, but I will never purchase from the Orem Mazda. More

They understood that he is a college student that couldn't afford much and they kept us right where we need to be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I was looking for a new vehicle, so I headed to Orem Mazda. The sales rep, Becky was great. Nicole had wonderful customer service. Both were super patient and willing to work with me. Orem Mazda was a terrific place to buy a truck. We had been looking for over three months for "just the right truck". Scott listened to our needs and found us exactly what we needed, in fact it was better than we expected because it had beautiful leather seats. The whole staff at Orem Mazda has exceptional service! I have never been to a better dealership. I just recently bought a new CX-5 and I love it. I get all my maintenance done in Orem for my car, which is huge because I have to drive up from Cedar City, but its totally and completely worth it! I've gone to the Stephen wade honda mazda dealership in St George to get service done on my vehicle once and It took them 2 1/2 hours to do the same thing Orem mazda did in 45 mins and I got lots better tx and respect at Orem Mazda then Stephen Wade. So Its worth the drive to get the best tx, service and respect! Thank you to the staff at Orem Mazda!! More

Our overall experience with Orem Mazda was awesome! They were very friendly but not pushy. Jesse found us a Honda Accord (which we were looking for) in Ogden. They were more then willing to go get the car for us to test drive with no strings attached. Luckily it was exactly what we were looking for. They were also great to give us what we needed for our trade-in's. Jesse's manager (we forget hi name) was also very friendly to work with. We had been to many dealerships that day and this was the first one that we didn't feel like the vultures were after us. We really enjoyed working with Jesse. He was a great salesman. We found him to be very professional, knowledgable, and most importantly NOT PUSHY (as most car sales-people are). He found us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We had looked at several other places and had another Mazda 3 in mind. The 3 Jesse found was newer and worked out to the same payment. Over the 3 or 4 times we went in during the sales process we met several other people: the manager, finance guy, and a couple of the other sales-people. It seemed the more people we met, the more we appreciated Jesse. The first night we went in the manager used the "what do we need to do to get this deal done today?" line. He also said he looked up the car fax on the other car we were looking at and said it was a rental-car and possibly a car from one of the flood regions back east......oops, did he not think I would have already checked the car-fax of a car I was thinking of buying? It wasn't a rental and was from Chicago. We had somewhere to be and the manager told us he could have us out in 15 minutes, which anyone that's ever bought a car knows is impossible. I realize that a lot of people that say they'll come back don't, but we said we would and we did. If people are serious about buying they'll buy. The ones that aren't serious might get pushed into a deal they don't like and then they tell people about their bad experience and Mazda loses potential customers they don't even know they could've gotten. Moral of my story: if you go into Orem Mazda, ask for Jesse. Lastly, we did have to go back to re-sign the paperwork, which isn't a big deal because we live about 5 minutes away. For some people that live farther away that could have been annoying. More
