Most Pleasant Experience Yet!!! All of our past experiences with buying a car have been stressful, high pressure, and disastrous experiences. Often leading to my wife and I storming out of the dealership not being able to handle another sales pitch or high pressure approach. This time it was completely different with Tyler Eastman and Orem Mazda. From start to finish Tyler has been nothing but helpful, and even now that we have bought the car he still continues to be a huge help. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever. Tyler clearly explained the benefits and features of the car we looked at and also what Orem Mazda had to offer that set them apart from everybody else. Then Jackson came and showed us around the dealership and showed us how to use the different facilities. We left there very satisfied with our overall experience. Everyone has been so accomodating and helpful. They haven't pressured us, but have tried to get us the best deals on what we have wanted and needed. They have put extra time into helping us make just the right arrangements, even when it hasn't seemed to make them a lot of money. We've recommended a lot of friends, and we'll probably keep going back there over the years when we have auto needs. Chip, the general manager, has been fantastic. Tyrone, our most recent sales guy, was awesome, and the guys in service department are also great. More
