Do NOT. I repeat Do NOT buy your Subaru here. Their financing office is completely unethical and disorganized! We wanted to buy a car, dropped off our financing paper work on a Friday, they did not even try to process it until 5 days later. We had to track them down to run it then 3 Days later we have an appointment to pick it up and it takes them 1.5 hours to print the papers. Finally when my registration comes in the day I owe an additional $99 because they calculated dmv fees, when I questioned how those set fees differ they then said, no it’s the price of the car that’s different. The signed agreement meant nothing to them!! Terrible awful dealership that does not deserve anyone’s business. More
Car Hit During Servicing Disappointed. I have normally had favorable service experiences. However at my last service once they returned my vehicle to the lot, it seems that so Disappointed. Given that I noticed the body damage some days later, I asked Subaru to review any surveillance , and provide their policy on matters like this. I was advised that they are not responsible for damage to vehicles on their lot, and parking my car there was akin to parking at a supermarket...park at your own risk. No accountabilty, no apology. So my $185.00 oil change has turned into a $600.00 oil change/body job . They don't have to worry about me frequenting their "supermarket" again. More

Will lies about everything to get you in the door. I was informed that a car on their website was at the dealer by "Will" over the phone. I explained that I was on crutches and that the person purchasi I was informed that a car on their website was at the dealer by "Will" over the phone. I explained that I was on crutches and that the person purchasing the car was ill. I drove an hour to this dealer because "Will" explained that he would beat another dealers deal. I arrived and found out that the car wasnt there and then they tried to upsell me a different car. I went there with the intentions of having a problem free car purchase and i had nothing but problems. Their internet sales rep Will says anything to get you into the dealership and then they do not honor anything that was previously promised. Its time to start the search over again and look for another honest dealer. More

Wilfred was welcoming and made sure I was well-taken care off since I opened the door. John was incredible with handling the finance portion, making the last half a breeze with zero discomforts or worries. Saed was an amazing individual whose knowledge of cars and honest demeanor made the experience a delight. Wes, the General Manager, who made it all possible, was a true gentleman. Open Road Subaru is truly an amazing establishment that goes above and beyond and I will recommend them to anyone. I will certainly return to them in the future without hesitation. More

My worst leasing experience This was the worst experience I have ever had leasing a car. I sat down with the salesman and discussed everything about the car I was getting and we This was the worst experience I have ever had leasing a car. I sat down with the salesman and discussed everything about the car I was getting and we agreed upon a monthly price for a zero-money-down lease. He had a car in stock and I signed an internal document agreeing to the price and he told me because it was late I could come back the next day to sign all the papers and he would have the car prepped for delivery. I left the dealership thinking I had just leased a new car. When I returned the next day, he took me into Greg, their finance manager. The lease agreement he handed me had a price which was $50 a month more than I had agreed to the day before. He started telling me that the car had extra options which increased the price. The salesman knew exactly which car he was selling me the day before and was aware of any options the car had. He claimed that he would be losing money if he leased it to me at the price I had agreed to with the salesman (when have you heard that before?). At this point, the conversation went downhill and I saw no point in continuing with this dealer. As I was leaving he said that no dealer could sell me that car at the price I wanted. I still needed a car so I looked up another dealer in the area and I found Richard Lucas Subaru. I went from the dealer from xxxx to one of the nicest experiences of leasing a car. Not only did they lease me the same car for my original price but they made the experience pleasurable. I will tell you about it in a review of their dealership. As far as Open Road Subaru, I would recommend gong to any other Subaru dealer other than this one. More

I was looking online for a car on the 4th of July while my sister was visiting us. She has a Subaru and suggested I take a look. While we were waiting for the fireworks to begin, I send a request to their website. I didn't expect an answer until the morning, but the General Manager (Paul) sent me a email RIGHT AWAY! I went to the dealership the next evening to take a test drive. I missed meeting the General Manager, but my salesman (Andrew) told me that he was answering emails while watching the fireworks with his family. Now that's what I'm talking about! Everyone was just great. The lease price was fair and I felt like I made a bunch of new friends. I will definitely send my sister here for her next Forester. More

Drove out to look at the car and intended to purchase it but upon arrival when we walked in and asked for Eric were told he left a little while ago but he could help us. To,d him which car we came to see he said he would go get the keys, came back three minutes later and said that the manager took the car to a regional meeting. So either Eric didn't check that at 11 the same day when we were emailing or the manager left for a Friday late day regional meeting somewhere. I don't think either happened and am doubtful that the car was there for that price to begin with. No apology for wasting our time, no offer of something else that might work. They lived up to what I expected from a highway dealer. More
