last year my husband went with my daughter to look at a used honda the price was perfect!!! here lies the problems 1. no one ever called to let us know the plates were ready 2. Her town issued her a ticket for expired temp 3. stopped by to get the plates after a run a round a week later 4. here is the BIGGEST PROBLEM THEY REGISTERED THE CAR IN MY HUSBANDS NAME mind you she paid cash for her car. When I asked for the motor vehicle clerk and asked her why was this done she told me that my husband signed the paperwork in which he did not the only thing he signed was to add the vehicle to our insurance. and it gets so much better when i asked her for the title she told me that i was at the corporate office. HINT LIES!!!! I WORK FOR DMV titles are issued with plates at the same time. HINT when the paperwork comes from NJ Car the title comes with it. here is another problem still don't have the title. since then her driver's license has been suspended for the expired temp $64.00 restoration fee for NJ is over $100.00 still not paid. oh did i mention run around still. i next call will be to Trenton for forging my husband's signature. and her regular plates expire this weekend. i would never recommend any one to buy new or used from them. (-) should be stars. Unhappy Mother!!! More

I was amazed that no haggling nonsense was necessary. They stressed transparency and honesty and they proved it. What also made an impression on us was that every customer that was there looked happy and satisfied to be there. Nobody looked stressed, upset, concerned, anxious, or frustrated. In fact, every employee that we saw looked happy to be working there as well. Finally, the whole process from start to finish with them was unbelievably professional and efficient.
