They apparently don't need business I went here on Saturday (July 15th) to look at a preowned certified Mazda 3, I got paired with Marty. Who seemed more interested in drinking his iced coffee than making a sale. I looked at the car and noticed that there was some scratches on the front and back bumper, I asked if it was used as a rental car he replied that it was a lease trade in. CARFAX report confirmed that I was indeed correct it was a rental car bought at auction. During the test drive I was asking about the warranty and he didn't know if the car was certified or not he also didn't give me a lot of information about the car. When I asked him how long he's worked for Mazda he told me 5 years. I would have hoped that Marty would have taken the time to print out the specs about the car so when asked questions he could give me an answer instead of I don't know. When it came down to how much the car would cost he didn't negotiate a deal except for knocking off $250 from the price. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs he told me that it would cost $995 for a pre delivery inspection which is a fluff considering that the car being Mazda certified is that it has to go through an 160 point check and any parts below 50% wear and tear needs to be replaced. When I mentioned this to Marty he just gave me a blank look. I was willing to make a deal today (Monday) in cash if the price was right. I politely left but I called June the woman who directed me to Marty to voice my concerns. I left a voicemail Saturday at 5 giving the date and time of my call and didn't get a response till 3 on Monday (granted I know they're closed on Sunday) when I voiced my concerns she said she wasn't going to make excuses for Marty's behavior, but between his behavior and not getting a reasonable prompt response when I left a voicemail it was apparent that they don't need my business. More
Horrible Experience Brought my car in for a recall notice. The repair took about an hour. When I came to pick it up, 40 dollars was missing from my center console. I brought it to the attention of the service manager, who proceeded to insinuate that it was my fault for leaving money in my car. Excuse me for thinking that a reputable business would be able to refrain from stealing from its customers. I will never be back and I recommend you all stay away. More

Pre-certified CX-5 Scam? I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Last December I noticed the air conditioner was not working. I brought it in for service and was told I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Last December I noticed the air conditioner was not working. I brought it in for service and was told that they could not locate the problem. They put "Dye" in the system to see where it was leaking and sent me on my way. I brought it back last weekend because the air conditioner was not working again. Well now I am being told that it is not covered under warranty and want to charge me $1,600 because the evaporator is the problem. WHAT??? NO WAY. I believe this was a problem from the beginning and they just kept recharging the system until I forced the issue. So much for buying a pre-certified vehicle. Now I am stuck. Beware!!!!! The Service Manager, Robert Muziani's help is for me call Mazda dircectly. THANKS! AVOID!!!! More
Noone is here to hurt you,have no fear they love to help. I personally traveled 1hr out of my way just to deal with the folks at Morristown open road. I don't like getting ripped off and my trip was worth it .although there are over a dozen dealership closer that I could have went to I chose them . a hour out of my way is worth it when it comes to a 5 year investment. I am a union representative and I will be sending all of my members there. its not only there reputation its mine when I send someone ther and I don't like to look bad. I have nothing to worry about when I send someone there Justin Mike and Chris I feel like I owe you guys one . but I know you will say you are only doing your job. when I purchased my car I was given a good rate when I went to pick it up they told be they shopped for a better rate. they did not have to do thjat but they did anyway NOONE DOES THAT THESE DAYS NO ONE!!!!!! thanks guys More

I walked in with the intentions of test driving one and seeing where I recently purchased a CX-5 from Mazda of Morristown and had a great experience. I walked in with the intentions of test driving one and seeing where my payments would be at. Clark was the first person to greet me and he helped me throughout the whole process. At the end I was happy with my payments and purchased the CX-5 I wanted. Clark walked me through the car features and was very knowledgeable. I really thought I knew everything about the car since I've owned mazdas before but he explained everything. The finance manager was very pleasent and explained all the warranties in detail. I was very please with the whole process and would recommend friends and family there to see Clark. More
