Don't bother I will not be coming back, I don't care for the way you conduct business. I was very happy with Ramsey Mazda and only chose your service dept. because you are less of a trip. I also contacted Mazda customer service and explained my displeasure to them. PS: I was told your owner insists on putting these license plate brackets on when a vehicle comes in for service, you might ask first before doing it.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy that you at least found a dealership that could suite your needs. Regards, Jeff Luong Open Road Auto Group

Interesting that you offer to make it right on a public forum, at the dealership nobody offered to make anything right and seemed annoyed that I even brought the subject up. Your apology comes off as insincere and an attempt to deflect the criticism of your dealership.

These messages are not in a public forum. Dealer Rater keeps these messages private between you and I. Again, I'm happy that you've found another dealership that was able to suit you better than us and I am sorry that you feel that my apology is insincere, I just wanted to show that even though the actions of one of our employees left a bad impression with you, Open Road as a whole truly cares about our customer service. I am sorry once again that you had to go through the issue with the OEM bolts and as stated before, we are happy that you could find a dealership that can better suit your needs. You should be talking to your Service Manager instead of trying to deflect criticism of a real problem at your agency. The fact remains you damaged my vehicle through actions of your agency and then brushed them off while I was at your dealership. Now you are acting contrite while on the internet. For the record any correspondence between us which is not private is public, as other people can view the comments and ask that we reply. Your job must be to deflect internet criticism. As for being sorry, you're probably sorry you have to deal with this. You sir are nothing but a shill for Open Road Mazda.

Nov 29, 2011 -

Open Road Mazda of Morristown responded

Well spoken. As for being a shill, I assure I you I am not, just a Customer Service Manager doing his best to apologize. I have already taken action with the Executives about this situation. I bid you good day and best with your Mazda. Regards, Jeff Luong

I'm going to reply to every comment you make, so that come Dec 6 this will be posted on dealer rater. If your hoping I'll forget and not answer your post and my comment will not be posted your mistaken. If you had really wanted to resolve this issue before now, you could have called or emailed me directly, you have all my information. That is not what you did, that is why I say you are insincere. According to your Service Manager the order to put the license plate bracket on came from the "owner". So what action could "you" have taken.
