We had shared with him that we were hesitant due to past negative experiences where we felt pressured to make decisions we weren't comfortable with; but from the moment we walked through the doors of the Open Road Honda dealership, we were extremely confident that our vehicle needs were going to be attained. We were personally received at the door by Mr. Yong Shin, Sales & Leasing Consultant, in a very courteous and respectful manner. He was expecting us and knew us by name. He immediately made us comfortable and introduced us to Mr. Jim De Marco, Manager, who in the same pleasant tone welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed available to us to make our car leasing experience a comfortable and enjoyable one. Mr. Yong Shin took us through the entire process providing us with all the details and information we needed to know about the Honda CRV LX AWD we were leasing to ensure we could make an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car details, was very helpful, and best of all pleasant and polite. He anticipated questions we might have about the car, and about our future servicing and car care needs. Mr. Yong Shin is very knowledgeable of his trade, the Honda brand, and the vehicle we were obtaining. He is a courteous and pleasant person. He allowed us all the time we needed to ensure we understood everything we needed to know about our new car. Every member of Open Road Honda personnel we engaged with were courteous, polite and very knowledgeable of their function. Even the ever daunting financing process was made an amiable and pleasant experience by Mr. Ali. Our personal experience at Open Road Honda was a very pleasant one. We highly recommend Open Road Honda Dealership and will continue utilizing them for all our future car needs.
