This guy Mohammad Al Baddawl promised I will get a $100 referral gift if the deal go through. The deal went through. And guess what, weeks later, I called him and asked again. He said hes working on it. I waited, called and text again. He hid again. Nice job lying to people who help you making deals. More

I stayed for two plus hours and they couldn’t get me a vehicle to test drive. Plus the vehicle I requested was not available in their inventory despite the internet sales rep confirmation before I drove 45 minutes to get there! Their boss was even worse! He started misbehaving and told me there are no more 2018 vehicles in entire USA! Guess what tell that to your sales people before they get someone to visit! Stay away from these guys at all costs... not open honda,,, its CLOSE HONDA! More

Finance manager, swindled my mom on a lease a vulnerable person, changed the prices and added over 3,500 in additional charges and marked up the the car price 6,000 dollars and did not show us what each price was. Made us sign on iPad but didn't go over what we're signing, did not show us what terms we were agreeing to nor explain to us. Now when I call, they do not pick up, finance manager is not calling me back and they're screening my calls. It is unethical and this type of dealership should be closed. I am so upset! More

After I Paid the advance thru credit card , they told me immediately that they can not honor their price itself. They did Bait and Switch to me. . Still now they have not refunded the advance even after I filed complain with Better Business Bureau twice. They mentioned the reason as due to internal delay they cannot pay immediately. It won't take one month to return the advance. Still I am struggling to get my refund. Prospect Buyers - Please be careful before buying car from this dealer.. More

The sales guy insisted to test drive the Touring model in the lot because they don't have one in stock. It is not what I'm looking for. He then said he'd have to get one from another lot and would take 30 min. I waited. Then, the sales mgr. Alex came and said the EX-L was sold yesterday! He also said No Test Drive on Saturday. I never heard of any dealer that don't do test drive on a Saturday. Also, the sales guy never made an effort to locate the EX-L model that I'm interested. I'll never shop here. More

Beware of sales and finance baits - Never Open Road Again Summary - Their internet sales, in store sales and finance all say very different things. You will end up paying more than your best offer from elsewh Summary - Their internet sales, in store sales and finance all say very different things. You will end up paying more than your best offer from elsewhere. Details I got very good offers from some leading dealers in New Jersey. They promised an inclusive rate and gave it in writing. As a curious buyer, I sent an Internet request to Open Road Honda in Edison. In a very short time, their internet sales rep replied with a very compelling offer. I had listed the line items like cap cost, month lease, down etc for them to fill, and they provided me an all inclusive quote. I found it hard to believe. I had a long conversation with Internet sales manager and they promised that the offer holds. That took me to their dealership, where A different sales rep started increasing few numbers, like 36 months lease to 39 months and the cap cost. He showed some numbers on a screen, and I just went ahead. The final scam was their finance. They just went ahead and added a whole lot to all the initial numbers provided. Result - my 3 year payment is atleast 1000 more than the next best offer I had. By this time, all the paperwork was done and so I had little options. Conclusion- this dealership is baiting customers with these compelling offers. If you have been in the market and have reached a saturation point in terms of best offer, and if Open Road beats that, then be careful. something is definitely hidden. If you anyway have similar offer and like the team here, go ahead - they are as good as anyone else. Advise- if their sales gives you a quote, make sure their finance promise on that before all the paperwork. PS - while I was there, one of the sales rep yelled at a customer, and literally asked him to get of the dealership. So much for customer service. More
