In November 2010, my 1999 323i was in for engine service which required a $3000 part to repair. I did not think it was worth it although the car was well-maintained and otherwise in good condition for a 12- which required a $3000 part to repair. I opted to put the money toward a down payment for a pre-owned BMW X Series which the wife and I have admired since their introduction. I called the Service Center manager to halt the repair and was transferred to Mr. Saleem after saying I wanted a newer pre-owned BMW instead. We scheduled an evening appointment after I was off work. My family and I met with Mr. Saleem after 7pm and he already had the 323i service record on his desk and told me they would take the car off my hands for $1200. I would only have to pay the basic $600 service charge of dismantling the engine to diagnosis the problem. Mr. Saleem showed us and we test drove a pre-owned X5 and two X3s w/o GPS. We opted for the X3 with the lower mileage and likable beige color passing on a red one with only 22K. The GPS was also not a priority for us and viewed as 'another electronic gadget'. While preparing the paperwork, another beige X3 with GPS immediately became available after the buyers changed their mind. In fact, this X3 also had the weather package and a little lower mileage. He said the price would be the same. We breezed through paperwork including a Carfax review, met with the credit manager and drove off with the X3 just before 9pm for only $3000. We thought the owner's manual was lost and Mr. Saleem was going to find one plus the spare key in the subsequent days. I later found the manual in the spare tire compartment and discovered the car also included the sports package. The spare key was found and I picked it up thanking Mr. Saleem for the excellent service. In addition, he also was courteous to my kids who enjoyed the BMW Cafe with its cream cheese bagels, hot chocolate and widescreen television, allowing them to sit in the showroom cars. For us, buying our car at Roxbury BMW was a very enjoyable, informative and hassle-free family time. It was the ultimate car-buying experience. More
Came to dealership to trade a vehichle for a lease on a 328i X-Drive or X3. Andrzej was very helpful. Took me for a test drive in both vehicles. Showed me, and explained all safety and options on each vehicle. Trade in needed a little negotiation, but in the end we came to an acceptable trade value. Decided to go with the BMW 328i X-Drive for it had the best lease price which Andrzej had completely gone above and beyond on. He also was very patient with me and my decision on color and options on the vehicle. Above all Andrzej is very patient, friendly and willing to go out of his way for you. The sales manager, Jamal Sutton was also very helpful in negotiations with my trade and final lease price. The best part was signing for the lease. I did not feel at all pressured to buy extra warranties and was in the gentlemans office for less than 10 minutes. You can't ask for more than that. I highley recommend Andrzej Naklicki as a salesman and Roxbury BMW. More

I live in Bergen county NJ and wanted to lease an M3 conv. Park Ave BMW didn't have any and Prestige BMW did. Agata, our service advisor was great. She communicated with us by e-mail on our new BMW while we were in Europe. Followed up with us by phone when we returned made sure everything we wanted at the price w with us by e-mail on our new BMW while we were in Europe. Followed up with us by phone when we returned made sure everything we wanted at the price we set for her was in our new BMW. This is not where Agata stops she is there for us whenever we have a question or need some help. This is what makes this dealership great. More
The general manager and Darlene are rude and insensitive. I was promised the same car make model and incentives that I traded 528i xdrive. They claimed the vehicle had to be picked up at morristown BMW, so I never physically saw the car. 3 days later a 45,000 instead of a 48,000 vehicle was delivered to my house no xm radio, no folding sides mirrors,no dim light from the cars behind me at night,no welcome light. I never receive an appology or refund ever. I am making payments on time, and I will purchase another BMW, but not from this dealership. More

I was looking to lease a new BMW 2011 328XI for a 36 month period. This was a corporate lease. I first visited BMW of Morristown almost felt I got the intern to deal with. He couldn't make me an offer o month period. This was a corporate lease. I first visited BMW of Morristown almost felt I got the intern to deal with. He couldn't make me an offer on a 328XI for my price range so he offered me a 335XI in that range ... he said there were special deals on the 335XI. We verbally agreed to look at the financials the following Monday. Monday he called me back and said - oh, the price wa incorrect. So we were back to square one. Then he eventually found a 328XI and still it felt like he was doing me a favor by selling me a new car. Isn't a BMW a luxury car and if someone is going to spend a boatload of money on it you at least expect some decent customer service? I then went to BMW of Roxbury and met Tony in the parking lot. He was very helpful from the minute I walked in, he made me configure the car I wanted and worked with me on the price. We were still a few dollars apart and Jamal Sutton - the Sales Manager there came over and met every need I laid on the table. It almost seemed to good to be be true - except it was. 3 days later I picked up the car. It's awesome and I loved dealing with Tony and Jamal. Before I visited BMW of Roxbury, I had tried buying a new BMW twice at BMW of Morristown - the first time I ended up with an Infiniti and this time a different dealer. I'm never going back to Morristown but I am definitely recommending Roxbury. More
