We found the certified pre-owned 3 series BMW we had been looking for for months at the Roxbury BMW dealership. From Baltimore, we drove 4 hours to the dealership after a week of communicating back and forth looking for for months at the Roxbury BMW dealership. Ray was able to meet our price in order to make the deal work and did not fall short in any area of customer service. I appreciate his sensitivity as I am a first time car buyer and somewhat inexperienced in the process/lingo. Although we already made the purchase Ray continues to assist us through the titling process and we are so glad we chose Roxbury and Ray as our sales guy! I went to Open Road of Roxbury on the recommendation of a friend even though it's not the closest BMW to where I live. I was glad I did!
