Andre is a heck of a great salesperson. He knows his BMW's. We felt 125% confident in what he told us. We also enjoyed working with his sales manager Duke. Another class, honest BMW specialist. I was in a minor fender bender……..literally. I needed to have my front bumper replaced. I worked with the service manager, Dave Welker. Dave was very professional, courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. My car was completed when I was told it would be ready & for the price I was told it was going to cost. The new bumper looked so good; I was thinking that I should get a new car to go with my new bumper. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

the manager Duke Snyder was the reason why I purchase my car there this last November He was very helpfull through out the whole transaction and made the expierience of buying a car very pleasant. My experience thus far with Open Road has been the worst. I'm very familiar with Harry33 and why he was disappointed he couldn't get the car for his fiance/wife. I too did my research and found a Certified Pre-own 2008 650 with 21K miles on it for a what I felt was a good price. This car was SUPPOSED to be for my fiance. I called and spoke to Alan on 3/9/2012. He said the car was STILL THERE - I submitted a credit app THAT day. He stated that he received my application however his finance ppl were gone for the night and that he would call me in the morning. A gentleman by the name of Francisco called me 9am 3/10/2012. Didn't know if he worked with Alan or not so when I called back to speak to Alan, I wanted to make sure I wasn't messing up Alan's commision - Alan was busy however Christian talked to me. Christian and I negotiated and came to an agreement. (I live in Maryland and negotiated while I was at my sons soccer game). Christian explained to me that he needed a picture of my drivers license and 500.00 to "hold" the car. After I sent him a picture of the license (via text) and they TOOK my 500.00, I was sent a purchase order with someones signature that I can't make out. I submitted the purchase order that day to my credit union and was approved. Being that the approval didn't happen till right around the credit union closing, we decided that we would conclude the purchase of the WHITE CPO 2008 650 on Monday. Christian said the car was mine and since he wouldn't be in till Wednesday, could we wait then. I BELIEVED Christian and called him on 3/14/2012 on his cell. He didn't answer so I called the dealership which they proceeded to tell me he was out till Friday - No PROBLEM. I asked to speak to Alan instead; he was busy and said he would get back to me. I noticed that I no longer saw the car on the internet and that started to trouble me. My Fiance then called and she got in touch with Alan - He put her on hold and when he came back said he couldn't find it in his inventory (sounds like another review I read concerning this place). Alan stated that the car had been delivered on yesterday 3/13/2012 - WOW. He said the "hold" was only for 48hrs. Christian NEVER SAID ANY SUCH THING!!!! How can a (supposedly) reputable BMW dealership be allowed to operate in this manner? Alan said it was miscommunication between him and Christian - HELLO, you have my HOLD MONEY. Alan's apologies do not negate the fact that OPEN ROAD of ROXBURY has done this in the past and now I'm out of a beautiful car for my fiance. They STILL have my 500.00 and I just checked my bank account and they took out ANOTHER $500.00 yesterday 3/14/2012. You would think I was dealing with a small mom and pop car dealership - not a BMW dealership. Be warned when dealing with this place; now let me see when I will get my money back. More
I am extremely happy with my experience at BMW Roxbury. Andrzej has been a wonderful salesman-knowledgable courteous, and fair. I feel that I will always be able to contact Andrzej as long as I have my car to ask him anything. Andrzej is extremely personal and has done everything to accommodate my needs. His passion for BMW is evident and I wouldn't want to buy from anyone else. I would feel comfortable sending my family and friends to buy a car from him. More

He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and patient. He took time to explain all the aspects of the financial process, great car features, and in general my best options. He went out of his way to accommodate my time schedule and my needs. I will recommend Andrzej Naklicki to all of my friends, family and people who are looking for BMW cars. He provided me with an excellent service in every aspect of the car purchasing process. All went smoothly with pleasure and no stress. I was impressed by the friendly, courteous manner of Dave Welker. He is a very knowledgeable individual, who explained things clearly to me.
