I have been to this dealership numerous times and cannot say enough good things about it. We stumbled upon this BMW dealership while house hunting in the area last year and were treated so well that we now say enough good things about it. We have had BMW's in the past and have had our vehicles serviced at other dealerships closer to our home only to be disappointed with the quality of service to us and our vehicle. BMW of Roxbury has a top notch service team which treats you like family every time you go there. Ray from service is one of the nicest most honest guys who always treats us with kindness and respect , the whole service team goes way above and beyond to make your visit a very pleasant one. This was our third BMW purchase from an Open Road dealership but the first purchase from the Roxbury location. As with some of the other reviews, we also had some unpleasant experiences with other dealerships. We recently ordered a new X5 and took delivery of it on March 23rd. Our sales associate, Andrej Naklicki, made the buying experience a pleasure. His knowledge of the product and excellent communication is commendable. We are planning on purchasing a another vehicle next year, and Andrej already has our business. If you are considering purchasing the "Ultimate Driving Machine", I highly recommend Open Road Roxbury and Andrej. You will not be disappointed. More

I went to this dealership after being a longtime BMW customer, new to the area, but having been dissatisfied with customer service in the past at other dealerships. I decided it was time for me to get a new car, but wasn't quite sure what to get. After talking with a sales rep, who wasn't pushy like some have been in the past, I was still uncertain. She gave me her card and told me to let her know if I decide I want a BMW and said there was no pressure. After doing research for a few weeks I decided with the 7 series. That was about 1 year ago. Since then I have brought it in for a few service appointments and have been very satisfied. The other thing I forgot to mention was that the prices were extremely reasonable compared to other dealerships I have gone to for quotes. All in all my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of excellent, I have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so. More

I saw a used car online and thought it looked nice. I called them and asked them about the car (what was wrong, mechanics, etc.) the guy told me he did not know and would call me back. He called me back and told me that there is some cosmetic damage. when i asked him what specifically he said "a scratch on the bumper and a cracked windshield" (that was it). so I said i would not come to see it because I am not paying to replace the windshield. The next day the salesman called and said they will replace the windshield if i came in that day to see it. i decided to go up there thinking that there was only the scratch to worry about. I drove an hour and 30 minutes to go see the car. From across the parking lot the car looked good but as we walked up we saw the entire left side (drivers side) of the car was smashed and dented. We asked for Andre the salesman to come out and when he did he said he never talked to us when i have his number in my phone multiple times. I guess when he realized he couldn't get away with lying he said "oh yes i did talk to her and I told her there was cosmetic damage". Then we asked well didn't you see the entire side is smashed. He replied no even though he told us he test drove it. then right after that he said well its in the pictures (if he didn't see the damage how could he know it was in the pictures... oh and the pictures were taken when it was raining so that distorted any damage). We then walked away and said that you lied to me (the scratch on the bumper was actually a crack and he never said anything about the entire side being dented to xxxx). He then got in my boyfriends dads face waving his finger and said "don't you call me a liar!". The situation continued to escalate till the salesman was yelling at all four of us saying he told us there was damage. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and the guy tried to take advantage of me. They false advertised and treated us horribly when they were the ones at fault. The good that came out of this was one the way home we stopped at an amazing dealership with a completely different atmosphere where i found the car i was looking for. More
