Great Service Experience I recently brought my MDX in for some warranty work. In the past, I haven't been very impressed with service writers at other dealerships. This was my first time at Open Road and I had a very good experience. Xenia Haines scheduled my appointments, explained in detail everything that I needed to know about my car, and made sure I was comfortable in the lounge. She even made sure that I was in and out in time to pick my kids up from school. She is very personable and asked about my dogs, my kids, and in general was super friendly and approachable. As a woman, it is easy to be intimidated at a dealership. Xenia really made me feel comfortable. I could tell that she was very knowledgeable and really knew what she was talking about. I had a very good experience working with her, and she will definitely be the reason that I come back to Open Road again. More

Xenia is absolutely terrific .She is accommodating and friendly. I would not go anywhere else for service because of her (and I have a place much closer to my home). This was my first time leasing a car, I went to the dealership with every intention of buying a 2014 Acura Rdx, unfortunately the monthly payments where too high and I opted for the leasing solution. I must say I am very happy that things went by as smooth as they possibly could. Our Sales guy Kane was great, he was not pushy or aggressive if anything he was informative and honest. Our Finance guy Ed was funny and informative. I also got to the meet the Sales manager, he was also polite and welcoming. It's really rare to find a dealership where you can feel comfortable and happy to take your business too, especially when it comes to buying big ticket items. If all goes well with this lease in the future we will definitely be doing more business with this dealership. More

I came to the Acura dealership for service due to issues that had been caused by other mechanics. We had tried to save a little money and had used a local mechanic to do some work (serpentine belt, etc) an that had been caused by other mechanics. We had tried to save a little money and had used a local mechanic to do some work (serpentine belt, etc) and ended up with problems. We also had a recall issue to resolve. Upon arriving at the service center, we met Xenia Haines, the service coordinator. She was very professional, highly knowledgable of the issues and helped coordinate the entire transaction. While our car was being reviewed, they identified several issues that had been caused by the prior work. Xenia proactively arranged for us to physically "see" the concerns that were found with the mechanic and they recommended a prudent path foward. They did everything possible to make the experience a positive one for us. Since this visit, we have also had the occassion to call Xenia for advice on other maintenance issues for our 2004 Acura MDX and she has always been able to understand the situation, provide immediate guidance and help us find a path forward even when it does not involve any trip to Acura service! Xenia and the team were great to deal with and we are very happy with our service experience. More
Stay away from this place especially Carl Taylor he was a Condescending, double talking ,nasty person . She was trying to decide between a Acura RDX and a Mercedes C300 4 Matic. Carl Treated her so bad. He low balled the value of her TSX and basically told her he could not help her. Needles to say we got her a Mercedes. Carl is the reason why car dealers get the reputation that they have . No more Acura's for me or my family. More
