This dealership deserves no stars at all.....do yourself a favor and don't bother doing business with this place. Three hours of my life were wasted with this dealership. They make it seem like they are gi a favor and don't bother doing business with this place. Three hours of my life were wasted with this dealership. They make it seem like they are giving you a good deal but BEWARE. All other dealerships include all their fees except for sales tax and document fees in their bottom line price. The destination charge is always included. Not this dealership they give you their so called "rock bottom" price and then once the contract comes out they hit you with mandatory fees: destination charge, detailing fee, documentation fee that is $50-100 more than any other dealer, window etching, tire charge. So once all the charges are added in they are actually way more than other dealers around. Do your homework because this place is ripping you off. Not to mention the gimmicks they try to lure you in with. I received an email stating that if you purchased or leased any new vehicle you would receive an ipad mini. Well when it came down to that I was given all kinds of excuses as to why they wouldn't be able to give me the ipad mini. They said do you want the ipad mini or a good price on the car (I received neither) they said it all depends on the money they make on the car if they give out the ipad mini. That sounds to me like false advertisement. The advertisement said ANY new purchase or lease. No where did it say depends on our profit margin. The best one yet was they tried to strong arm me into getting the colors they had available in stock. If I wanted the color I requested they would charge an extra $300 to get it for me....never encountered that at any other reputable Acura dealership. All that said I walked out of this place. Management treats the sales people poorly. I actually felt bad for our salesman. I hope this review helps others because I wish I had been forewarned. More
I recently purchased my new Acura RDX from Open Road Acura in Wayne NJ. I have to say, in my past experiences purchasing cars I never have had an A++ experience until now. I first contacted David over the phone, I got an immediate first impression of honesty and true integrity. I felt comfortable right away and after our conversation I made an appointment to come into the dealership and meet with David. When I arrived to the dealership the process was smooth and easy and I was able to complete my deal with David in under 1 hour! Excellent Job! Once my negotiations for the car was over I got to speak with the dealerships Finance Manager Christie Reichert. She was able to secure me a fabulous interest rate and keep my payments where I felt comfortable with minimal money down! Christie also had all of the financing and motor vehicle paperwork in order and ready for me right away! Christie was extremely knowledge and pleasant to work with, she made the process quick and easy! Thank you Acura of Wayne for making my purchase experience so nice! I definitely will be recommending you to all of my friends and family! More
I think we became Bills worse nightmare haha. We bought a used car and had some problems with it after getting it home. Biil and the service dept went over and beyond their duty to work with us to got the pr used car and had some problems with it after getting it home. Biil and the service dept went over and beyond their duty to work with us to got the problem fixed so that may daughter could drive a safe car. I could go on and on about the courtesy and respect that they showed us during this time, even when we bugged the crap out of him. This is where I will purchase my next car and will make sure I recommend them to anyone I know!! More

Customer service rep Xenia Haines was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The details of the service were explained and recommendations provided not only for the current service but for the r professional and knowledgeable. The details of the service were explained and recommendations provided not only for the current service but for the recall notice on our TSX as well. The technicians discovered problems with our brakes and made the neccesary repairs. We were also advised of needing new tires and Xenia was thoughtful in telling us that the tires needed to be changed soon to prevent possible problems in the future. Overall the experience was excellent! The only complaint was from the noisy customers on cell phones in the customer service lounge. We were able to move to other section of the dealer ship wher we were provided ice cold beverages and snacks. When the additional work was discovered Xenia and her co workers quickly got us into a loaner car and accommodated our needs to get to our scheduled appointments. We have bought three cars from this dealership dating back to 1992. We highly recommend this dealership for service and the personal touch that makes a difference. More

After years of satisfied experiences at Open Road Acura while owning my Acura MDX, I bought a Honda Pilot and thought I had to go to a local Honda dealer instead for servicing to make it easier to find par while owning my Acura MDX, I bought a Honda Pilot and thought I had to go to a local Honda dealer instead for servicing to make it easier to find parts, transfer warranties, etc. Well, I can't complain about my experience at the Honda dealer, but it wasn't quite up to the attention, follow-up and overall customer service that I had been used to receiving from Open Road. This past week, I had reason to take my Honda in for service and figured, why can't I go back to Open Road? Hondas are in the same family as Acura. But, I had a fear that they might turn me away and tell me that I'd have to go back to the local Honda dealer. Not only was that not the case, but I was welcomed back and had an even BETTER experience than at anytime previously with my Acura! In fact, it was possibly the best experience I can remember ever receiving from a dealership in my many years of servicing cars. I have to give a special acknowledgement to Xenia, who kept me on top of her service department's every move with my car, her catering to my "special" needs, and treating me with "old school" HUMAN hospitality! She even, dare I say it, helped me save money! Pretty sure you don't hear that very often at other service departments. Other dealerships should take a lesson from her and the rest of their staff. Thank you Open Road for letting me know that good, no, GREAT, customer service is still alive and well and lives at Open Road Acura in Wayne!! Highly recommended!!!! More

What I loved about this dealer was the no hassle straight forward negotiation/deal making process. I walked in, and in less than two hours I drove of in the car I wanted at a great price.
