A friend referred me to see Craig at Open Road and I could not have been happier with getting my car serviced at this location. From the initial phone call with Xenya to my communication with Craig to picking my car up after the service was completed, my overall experience was easy and stress free! I felt like I could trust them and they were in constant communication with me throughout the process on the status of my car. Craig went out of his way to explain to me the service my car needed and was available by phone when I needed. Xenya was beyond friendly and followed up immediately after I picked up my car to ensure I was satisfied. There is never a time when I am told everything needs to be done at once. She keeps a running "to do" list and a "must do " list. There always has a loaner car for me, even in times of emergencies.
