I have had the car for 3 1/2 years now, and it has basically been trouble-free! The greatest thing about owning my MDX. however, has been the service department at Open Road Acura of Wayne, NJ. The few issues my car has had, outside of regular maintenance, have been taken care of immediately and hassle-free by Open Road Acura of Wayne. They have absolutely the best service department of any dealer I have ever been to...no lie! In particular, I have to commend Xenia Haines on her professionalism, great attitude,, tons of patience, and her willingnesss to go out of her way to accomodate customers, She has saved me more than once...squeezing me in for last minute appointments, or just telling to me to come right down if I want to check something out! Just two days ago, a rock hit my windshield.....I called Xenia to see what to do....the next morning my car was in the shop and was fixed by a process where they fill in the crack. If the crack is small enough then you don't need to replace the whole thing! THANK YOU, XENIA!!!! More

New Turbo I thought I was bringing my car in for a routine service and unfortunately I needed a new turbo for my RDX. My service person "Zenya" went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied and also gave me a loaner cat for the week. This is my 3rd Acura with Wayne Acura and I now live over an hour away. Talking about Carl he is very professional in handling the sale, concerned about our problems and found out ways in which he can deliver what we wanted. Josh on the other hand was a patient and very helpful person who had waited for me at the airport to deliver my car beyond his work hrs. The only thing I'm lacking is I couldn't meet Carl in-person. A big plus is though it was an used car they treated me as good as a new car buyer. Overall they are trust-worthy. More

Their customer service is excellent due in large part to Xenia Haines. When working with Xenia I truly feel like a valued customer. She remembers me whenever I call to schedule an appointment or enter the dealership. I am welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting. When it comes to the actual service I feel that I am paying a fair price and never over-sold on services. Xenia takes the time to explain each recommended service, the pricing and whether or not the work is mandatory at that time. In some instances I agree to a portion of the service and then complete the balance of the work at a follow-up appointment to keep my bill lower with each visit. The occasional e-mail coupons sent by Open Road Acura of Wayne are also helpful.
