I have had the car for 3 1/2 years now, and it has basically been trouble-free! The greatest thing about owning my MDX. however, has been the service department at Open Road Acura of Wayne, NJ. The few issues my car has had, outside of regular maintenance, have been taken care of immediately and hassle-free by Open Road Acura of Wayne. They have absolutely the best service department of any dealer I have ever been to...no lie! In particular, I have to commend Xenia Haines on her professionalism, great attitude,, tons of patience, and her willingnesss to go out of her way to accomodate customers, She has saved me more than once...squeezing me in for last minute appointments, or just telling to me to come right down if I want to check something out! Just two days ago, a rock hit my windshield.....I called Xenia to see what to do....the next morning my car was in the shop and was fixed by a process where they fill in the crack. If the crack is small enough then you don't need to replace the whole thing! THANK YOU, XENIA!!!! More

New Turbo I thought I was bringing my car in for a routine service and unfortunately I needed a new turbo for my RDX. My car is only 3 years old, but I do have 80,000 miles and was no longer under warranty. My service person "Zenya" went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied and also gave me a loaner cat for the week. This is my 3rd Acura with Wayne Acura and I now live over an hour away. For the quality of service and professionalism I received, I will continue to come to Wayne Acura for my service needs. More
