I went in to service my previous Acura vehicle (2009 TSX Lease) and an opportunity was offered to me that I could not refuse. It put me in a more advanced Acura and maintained my monthly payment in the same Lease) and an opportunity was offered to me that I could not refuse. It put me in a more advanced Acura and maintained my monthly payment in the same price range with a small down payment. It was hassle free and very honest. While the paperwork was completed I was asked if I needed anything( beverages, etc..) and they made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The vehicle was given to me in excellent condition and all my questions about the vehicle was properly answered. I was also taught about the major highlights the vehicle has and how to operate them. The staff at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick were kind and courteous. They were as excited to show my family and I the features of the Acura MDX as we were to see it. After a very poor experience with the General Manager of the Acura dealer on Rt 22 who was rude and obnoxious during our visit, John and Ralph were a significant upgrade in personality and professionalism. The store and showroom are also first class. You feel like you're in a place that cares about you. They're totally recreating the consumer perception of the car dealership. Nice job Open Road, and thank you John Genovese!!! (not to beat a dead horse, but SHAME on the GM of Springfield Acura on Rt. 22 in NJ! I would sooner walk than buy a car from them. Although I do love my new TSX, I still favor my previous 2005 TSX. I am glad my son will be getting my 2005 TSX. Personally, my new 2011 TSX seems a bit bulky and I noticed the weight class has increased. 2005 TSX. I am glad my son will be getting my 2005 TSX.
