I was looking for a MDX on cars.com and it lead me to one which was just listed from Open Road Acura. I used cars.com the next morning, which was a Saturday, to express my interest in the car and received a which was just listed from Open Road Acura. We spoke about the car and what I was looking for and she answered the few questions I had about the car and the process I was going to go through. I called Cally back later that day to setup an appointment that night. My appointment was with Michael. He was very knowledgeable about the car and a pleasure to interact with. The car was in great shape and exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We agreed on a fair price. Ron was able to get me a very good rate for financing through the dealership. Overall everyone we spoke with, including other salespeople and lady working the register were pleasant, helpful, courteous, and engaging. The dealership was very pretty and comfortable. This purchase caused me no stress and I feel comfortable with my choice. Most importantly my wife is extremely happy with her new car. More

We interacted with Tarak Mehta who made our experience very enjoyable. Although the MDX with our color choice was not readily available, Tarak kept us updated with the expected delivery date and in fact surprised us with the delivery 2 weeks ahead of the expected date. He was a pleasure to interact with. After an exceptional sales process, Ron made the finance process very easy and fast. He explained all the options available in simple terms and made us get through it extremely fast. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended for anyone looking for an Acura vehicle. More

Dealership pulled a fast one and requested additional down payment at day of delivery after agreeing to my deal that had their sales manager signature on sales order. Would not deliver car under terms of signed agreement and I decided to get my money back and go to another Acura dealer I was working with. Wound up getting best deal at Acura of Ocean - No problems - Easy to do business with and no suprises. Love my new TL ! More
