Our overall perception is that Michael was there to help us a buy a car, not sell us one! After all the paper work was done, he took quite a bit of time going over the car with my wife (not the most tech savvy person). He was patient and made sure we understood all the features. I went to Open Road Acura a day before Diwali without my husband because he couldn't get time off from work. She even went out of her way to make sure the car delivery process was in a timely manner since it was a big holiday event for my family and I had to be home by a certain time. All in all she has become my go to person at the dealership, she's always available and answers all my silly even not so silly Questions.
