The service advisors were nice, but I'm very disappointed. My eTorque MGU unit went out. It's covered under warranty, however, it's back ordered and my truck is out of commission until the part disappointed. My eTorque MGU unit went out. It's covered under warranty, however, it's back ordered and my truck is out of commission until the part comes in. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before it arrives. Yet, the dealership will not provide a loaner. Furthermore, I learned the dealership only has 4 loaners and I am 15th on the list. 4 loaners for a dealership of this size is ridiculous. I've owned multiple rams, this may be my last, I think I deserve better. I'm also disappointed with Stellantis. I opened a case, but I have yet to be called by the case manager; even after leaving 2 messages and sending an email requesting she contact me. Poor service all the way around. More

Nice Rep but to keep the car for more than 7 days for a repair with a warranty and no car rental was nightmare. I bought a car so I can drive to work and somewhere else but it a headache and needs to be re repair with a warranty and no car rental was nightmare.
