I've been coming to the dealership since 2015 and service has always been somewhat up and down, but I felt like this time. It was excellent straight across the board. I felt Mr. Johnson listen to my concerns address them took care of all the issues at this point that we had and I really like the fact that the 200 diagnosis has been taken away and now it's a $95 to my understanding and that's applied to the bill. I'm an old-school person and that's how it always used to be for a diagnostic. It was always. I understood a charge but then added to or taken away from your bill if you went ahead and got service through the dealership so I'm glad that it seems that has changed to my understanding that has been a sore subject with me for a long time Best regards customer More
