Poor service after the sale! Made a service appointment only to be told they would want to keep it for 3-5 days before diagnosing my problem. When I asked them why they were making appointments for service, knowing that they could not get to it, I was told “we are busy”. But, of course, they weren’t too busy to sell me an $80,000 truck. Very poor management. More
