The only reason for 1 star is because they don’t go into negative stars. It’s a shady dealership they falsify documents. I’m retired and don’t make a lot of money but on my loan paper witch I just found out negative stars. It’s a shady dealership they falsify documents. I’m retired and don’t make a lot of money but on my loan paper witch I just found out a couple months ago that they put on my loan paper I made 7,250. dollars a month just to make a sale. And was also told in 3 or 4 months to refinance. Well the bank told me that they would not be able to refinance cause I don’t make enough and told me to talk to the dealership so I did and that was a joke Abel the office manager ask if I would like him to take the car back I said no. If they only would’ve been honest on the loan papers they would not be getting this review. So just be aware of the stuff they pull. And if it takes 3 hours to pick outa car make sure you read all the paperwork even if takes7 hours cause they use doc- u- sign make sure you read it before you hit apply cause the sales person can hit apply without your knowledge and then your screwed once those papers are signed that dealership will care less about you. (they are xxxxxxxx) now their service department are professionals very nice people to bad their sales department not like that. More

We had our car towed in for repairs and Cheryl was our service.gal...she said they didn’t have the parts and didn’t know when they could get them..we found some of the parts and she said she would get the service.gal...she said they didn’t have the parts and didn’t know when they could get them..we found some of the parts and she said she would get the rest by Monday...we took ours in Monday morning and she said the parts were there and they would get right on it...by Monday afternoon after several calls and no response she finally told us they got the wrong parts, but they finally had them..we got a text from her on Wednesday morning and said the car would be done as soon was it was test driven and she would let us know...at noon we just went in to pick it up and it was her day off...she had been lying to us all along,..the car had been finished on Tuesday..which we had made several calls that afternoon with no response..Dwayne Tanner took over Wednesday and he was very nice and solved our problems..after we left we got a text from Cheryl telling us our car was done...if she told us several lies who would want her as a service representative. I said no 2021 he asked how many miles and I realized he only wanted to sell me a new jeep!!! What the heck Worst customer service ever Then Jason Paraons walked out and asked what was going on By then, I was almost in tears trying to figure out how I was going to get home He took a look, and said wait while I look online to see if I can help 5 minutes later he appears with a screw driver, fixed my seat and I could not stop thanking this kind soul enough while the sales person was not a nice man, I was so impressed with Jason that I would give him 10’stars if I could. Because of Jason, I will buy my next car there if he is still around And I don’t even know if he is a sales person! Thank you Jason for saving this old lady More
I went in for a repair and was found to have a major problem. Too much for repair. Dwayne Tanner was awesome and introduced me to Samantha who was wonderful and assisted me in purchasing another vehicle problem. Too much for repair.
