The service department has gone to xxxx. They were the ONLY ones we used. We will never go back after the most recent experience.

After visiting dealer for a dash issue on my 2023 limited 1500 Ram and two outstanding recalls as well as oil change and rotate tires. Dropped truck off for the day for repairs received a receipt stating recalls completed and told that dash was ordered on 8/11/2025 and would contact me when dash comes in as of 9/29/2025 my Dodge app states recalls where not completed called dealer due to no call about dash being received to get Repair completed and they said that they have not ordered a dash. Incompetent service department

I came from Fort Myers and they treated me very well. Everything was ready when I got there and they did their best to accommodate me. A very pleasant car buying experience!

They have an amazing customer service, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment within days of me scheduling and was able to do a night drop off I received a call earlier on the morning to go over the cervices I was requesting and I was offered a complementary car wash which made my experience even better. I will continue to get my car serviced at this location every time is needed. Thank you Cheryl Womble for taking such good care of me.
